Using the ClipAura beta.

Beta service

ClipAura is a work in progress. Features can be unavailable, change, or remain preview-only. At present, ClipAura does not offer paid plans, Stripe checkout, or user credit balances. See Pricing and Usage & credits.

Availability, limits, and AI results

The beta has no guaranteed uptime or service level. Jobs can fail, take time, or return incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected AI results. External providers and platforms can change their limits or become unavailable. Use the limits and status shown in each tool; do not rely on a preview as a finished export.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClipAura to create or distribute unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or rights-infringing content; to impersonate someone or misuse their voice or likeness; to bypass platform restrictions; or to upload content you are not authorized to use. Do not use generated media in a way that misleads people about whether a real person said or did something. You are responsible for disclosures, labels, and other safeguards required by applicable law for AI-generated or manipulated content. ClipAura does not currently add a general AI-generated-content label or watermark to every output. Applicable law and third-party provider rules continue to apply.

Your content and permissions

You remain responsible for the prompts, text, images, audio, and video links you submit, and for having the permissions required to use them. You allow ClipAura to process submitted material only as needed to provide the feature you request, including sending it to the providers described in the Privacy notice.

Generated content and rights

ClipAura does not claim ownership of your inputs or generated results. The rights you may have in an output depend on applicable law, the input material, and the terms and licenses of the relevant AI and media providers. Outputs may be similar to other results, may include errors, and may not qualify for copyright protection. ClipAura does not promise exclusivity, ownership, or clearance for commercial use; review provider terms and obtain any permissions you need before publishing or monetizing an output.

Third-party providers

Some features depend on external AI, media-hosting, or social-platform services. Those providers may have separate terms, usage limits, and charges to the account configured for ClipAura. Their availability is outside ClipAura’s control. ClipAura does not promise that every provider plan or model permits every use; check the applicable provider terms and licenses.

Payments and cancellation

No subscription, paid credit balance, or purchase is currently offered through ClipAura, so there is no paid subscription to renew or cancel in this beta. Do not pay a third party claiming to sell ClipAura credits. If billing is introduced, prices, renewal, cancellation, refund, and any statutory withdrawal terms must be published before checkout.

Downloads and exports

Only workflows that show an export action produce a downloadable file. Video Ranking provides a combined MP4 export, and worker-generated files may not be available indefinitely.

Liability and governing terms

Nothing in this draft excludes or limits liability where that is not permitted by mandatory law. The operator has not yet supplied the governing-law, support, or final liability terms. These terms are a beta draft and require review for the jurisdictions where ClipAura is offered.
